Ecological material variety for the POLOLO children's shoe collection
As always, we have our children's shoe collection Ecology with social responsibility and design are optimally harmonized. We basically only process vegetable-tanned IVN-certified leather (chrome-free) and love organic cotton - because controlled organic cultivation (kbA) of cotton protects the soil, uses much less water, binds carbon dioxide and avoids the use of pesticides is waived; In addition, social responsibility and fairness towards the farmers are very important.
We are already familiar with leather production the highest ecological requirements for 20 years prescribed. Since more and more parents are living meat-free - and we and more and more people are eating less meat for reasons of climate protection - and are therefore asking for material alternatives, we have models in our POLOLO children's shoe collection made from a cactus leather alternative, from organic cotton (kbA) or made from SEAQUAL® YARN (upcycled marine plastic). Our vegan POLOLOs have been growing in popularity for years.
