Shipping within Germany:
Transport costs: POLOLO children's shoes are delivered climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The transport and packaging costs within Germany are €4,95. Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) after placing the order. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT for Germany and other price components.
Returns within 14 days are free of shipping costs: Returns of purchased, unworn, and clean items are free of charge within Germany and can be made within 14 days of purchase. Worn or soiled items are unfortunately non-refundable. A return slip is included with your shipment. You can create the DHL return label online at DHL using the barcode found on the return slip.

Please proceed as follows:
Step 1: In order to be able to assign your return: Fill out the return slip including the reason for the return and please enclose it with your return. We are always happy to receive honest feedback, so we are happy to include the reason for the return.
Step 2: Please repack the returned order in our box and enclose the return slip. Simply attach the generated return label to the box and drop it off at a Packstation or your DHL parcel branch. If you have trouble generating a return label, you can also do this directly at a DHL branch. They will then create and print the return label based on the barcode.

Transport costs €9,90: Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ireland, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece. Currently no delivery to other countries.

Returns from abroad: Returns are possible within 14 days, but outside Germany not free shipping. Please send the returns with a completed return receipt to our logistics provider: Primeri GmbH c/o WKS Textilveredlungs GmbH * Industriestrasse 1 * 49849 Wilsum * GERMANY.

We expressly point out that additional costs such as VAT, expense allowances and any customs clearance costs for delivery to non-EU countries to be provided by the recipient himself .

Note on the voucher: After receiving and checking the birth certificate, you will receive a voucher code. The data will then be deleted again.
