Shipping within Germany:
Transport costs: POLOLO children's shoes are delivered climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The transport and packaging costs within Germany are €4,95. Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) after placing the order. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT for Germany and other price components.
Returns free of charge: Returning purchased goods is free of charge within Germany and possible within 14 days of purchase. A return slip is included with your delivery. Please proceed as follows:
Step 1: In order to be able to assign your return: Fill out the return slip including the reason for the return and please enclose it with your return. We are always happy to receive honest feedback, so we are happy to include the reason for the return.
Step 2: Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code printed on the return slip. You will automatically be taken to the DHL returns page.
Step 3: Fill out the online returns form and receive your DHL returns label by email. Please provide us with the relevant purchase data such as name and order number for the purpose of assignment.
Step 4: Print out the return label and stick it on the package. Alternatively, show the returns QR code at a DHL branch, DHL parcel shop, etc. and leave it there
print the label.
