Shipping within Germany:
Transport costs: POLOLO children's shoes are delivered climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The transport and packaging costs within Germany are €4,95. Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) after placing the order. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT for Germany and other price components.
Returns within 14 days are free of shipping costs: Returns of purchased goods are free of charge within Germany and can be made within 14 days of purchase. A return slip and a return label are included with your delivery. Please proceed as follows:
Step 1: In order to be able to assign your return: Fill out the return slip including the reason for the return and please enclose it with your return. We are always happy to receive honest feedback, so we are happy to include the reason for the return.
Step 2: Please repack the returned order in our box and enclose the return slip. Simply stick the enclosed return label on the box and drop it off at a Packstation or your DHL parcel branch.

The calculation of offset emissions is audited and verified by the independent company Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).
