The outer layer is made of vegetable-tanned IVN natural leather, while the inner lining is soft organic wool (kbT) – chrome-free, hypoallergenic, and wonderfully warm. It features a flexible TPR barefoot sole, a wide toe box, and a double Velcro closure for easy on and off. Made in Spain.

The vegetable-tanned natural leather is based on natural plant substances and is completely chrome-free – without coatings, without heavy metals. 🧴 Care & water repellency – how to keep your shoes looking beautiful for longer
Uncoated natural leather is naturally relatively water-repellent and can be further protected with ecological impregnation.
- 💧 Regularly impregnate We recommend eco-friendly products such as those from Tapir. Clean the shoes thoroughly before waterproofing.
- 🌡️ Let it dry naturally Never dry on a radiator or in a drying cabinet, as this will dry out the leather.
- ️️ Not waterproof This shoe does not have a membrane. For wet winter days with puddles and continuous rain, we recommend our waterproof models with a TEX membrane.

Fit of children's shoes
The human foot takes approximately 18 years to fully develop. Of course, it grows fastest in the beginning. Therefore, you parents should check the fit of your children's shoes every 3-4 months. For POLOLO street shoes, we have always developed removable soles - as far as this was possible for the respective style. On the one hand, you can easily replace a sole (e.g. add a wool sole for the winter) and you can use it to measure the foot length and fit very well. If the imprint of the big toe is already dangerously far forward, then your child has already grown again and is due for the next shoe size. Our soles are all very flexible, especially our Barefoot collection.
