POLOLO presents new collection of barefoot shoes: High quality, sustainable and stylish
Berlin, January 2025 – POLOLO, the Berlin-based company for sustainable and high-quality shoes, is introducing its brand new collection of barefoot shoes. From March 2025, the models will be available in sizes 36 to 45 and combine comfort, functionality and environmental awareness at the highest level. Click here to see the lookbook.
Natural materials for an incomparable barefoot experience
The new collection relies on a conscious choice of materials:
- Vegetable tanned eco leather: The majority of the shoes are made of IVN-certified, vegetable-tanned leather. This material is particularly skin-friendly, soft and comfortable to wear.
- organic cotton and cactus leather: Alternatively, POLOLO offers models made of organic cotton as well as the innovative cactus leather – a vegan and sustainable alternative that perfectly combines style and environmental awareness.
Spanish craftsmanship meets Berlin design
The shoes are made in Spain and combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design from Berlin. POLOLO attaches great importance to compliance with the highest ecological standards and the use of resource-saving materials.
Barefoot shoes for natural freedom of movement
The new collection is specifically designed to support the foot's natural freedom of movement. The flexible soles and ergonomic cuts offer an authentic barefoot experience and promote healthy foot development - without compromising on style.
Availability
The collection will be presented for the first time at the sustainable specialist retailer trade fair InNaTex from January 18-20, 2025. From April 2025, the models will then be available via the POLOLO online shop, Otto.de and Avocadostore as well as from selected specialist retailers.
