Children's feet are little miracles

CHILDREN'S FEET ARE LITTLE MIRACLES
Healthy development must begin immediately after birth

Children's feet are small, reduced adult feet - they are something special and are characterized by the fact that they are still very soft and easily deformable

Children's feet and their special features

The baby's foot, with all its cartilage/bones, ligaments, muscles and various joints and tendons, which together ensure the mobility of the foot, develops rapidly in the first few years. It grows much faster than the other parts of the body - growth is up to two centimeters per year, which corresponds to around three shoe sizes. From the age of five until puberty, feet grow by an average of around one centimeter every year.

The learning to walk phase is an adventure for children and their parents

Learning to walk is a fundamental experience for every person and an exciting adventure: it requires a lot of endurance and motivation to get up again after every fall, even if it hurts. The little ones conquer a larger world step by step. To do this, disruptions, obstacles and sources of danger should be identified in advance and kept away if possible.

Protecting foot health begins in infancy

Around 98 percent of all people are lucky enough to be born with healthy feet. But only around 40 percent of adults are still considered to have healthy feet. This clear difference underlines how important it is to help children's feet grow undisturbed and mature healthily!
